Hi, I’m Konrad Madej. This blog is where I write down what I learn taking software — and lately, a lot of AI systems — from promising demo to production in enterprise environments.

What I Write About

Most posts fall into one of three buckets:

• Enterprise AI — chatbots, LLM platforms, and the unglamorous work (governance, PII handling, integration, measurement) that decides whether they survive contact with a security review.
• Platform engineering — building the shared foundations that let product teams ship without reinventing infrastructure every time.
• DevOps — automation, CI/CD, and the operational habits that keep systems running.

I try to write the article I wish I’d found before starting a project: concrete, opinionated, and based on things that actually happened rather than vendor slideware.
